Which means it is SO EASY for a company to differentiate itself based upon service.  Just raise your bar above the competition and watch your consumer loyalty grow.  

Tiger and now Toyota appear more interested in watching their brands die....</description>

That is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous!!  That dealership is doing exactly what I said they shouldn’t do: making the recall the consumer’s problem. Toyota should be ashamed of itself for even suggesting that a customer drive a car that may not be safe. This goes beyond the question of good business practices or reputation management – it’s an issue of life and death!!

		<description>Yes, I have a 2009 Corolla, which is now on the recall list, and i took it to the dealer to get it checked,, and they just sent me home saying i have to wait until i get a Recall letter before i can even make an appointment to get them to check my car to see if its safe to drive..</description>
