In honor of tonight’s MLB All Star-Game here’s how I define an All-Star on My Team. Our agency is all about measuring results. Let’s see how you measure up to the following:

2. Think Outside the Box
3. Willing to Sacrifice
4. Swing for the Fences and Beyond
5. Inspire and Lead Teammates
6. Cover Your Bases
7. Play to Win
8. Don’t Cheat
9. Love What You Do
10. Win with Humility
Seems like an interesting and inspiring business culture to be a part of. I think I measure up quite well to all ten, but there is something special to be said about #5 Inspire and Lead Teammates. Those team members that can truly inspire and lead their team members, really bring an extra edge to any organization. I’m not just talking about the CEO leading and inspiring, but those colleagues who do this regardless of their title or responsibilities in the organization. #lead #inspire
